HOLDS/FREEZE MEMBERSHIPS REGUALATIONS 

POWERHOUSE Holds/Freeze is a unique benefit available exclusively to our Gold One Year Membership. This feature enables you to extend your membership due to time away from the gym (such as vacation, illness, or work obligations). You must claim hold on or before absentees occurs. You may not claim a hold after returning from the absentee. It is included only with our Gold One Year Membership, allowing for maximum extension of up to 2 months (60 days). This time can be used separately throughout the one-year term. Other membership types can purchase this service if they wish to utilize the Holds benefit. But some restrictions apply. Hold can only be applied if memberships has no balance due.

*Hold-Included Membership: Freeze your membership at no extra cost maximum time allowed is 60 days 
*Hold-Excluded Membership: Activate hold for a $85.00 fee, with a maximum hold period of 60 days.  One and Two month membership are excluded of this benefit. Some restricitions may apply.
