LevelUp is Powerhouse Gym’s exclusive 12-session sports performance program for athletes aged 11–18. Every workout is tailored to the athlete’s sport and targets five core pillars of performance:

What to Expect

Program Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Session Duration: Each teen trains for 1 to 1.5 hours per visit
