LevelUp is Powerhouse Gym’s exclusive 12-session sports performance program for athletes aged 11–18. Every workout is tailored to the athlete’s sport and targets five core pillars of performance:

  • Agility — quicker cuts, sharper reactions

  • Speed — faster acceleration and sprint time

  • Strength — improved power and stability

  • Endurance — lasting performance without fatigue

  • Mobility — better range of motion, fewer injuries

We combine expert coaching, proven methods, and progress tracking so parents can see measurable improvement.

LevelUp builds athletes who perform where it counts: on the field, court, or pool. 

We don’t just train athletes — we deliver performance.

LEVELUP is a structured, personalized athletic training program for youth athletes in:

  • Soccer

  • Basketball

Why Most Teens Atlete Plateau?

School and club sports often skip the most important part of development: physical training. Without it, your teen may struggle with strength, speed, and even injuries — no matter how hard they try.

What to Expect

  • Program Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

  • Session Duration: Each teen trains for 1 to 1.5 hours per visit

  • Attend 1.5 hours during program hours. Reservations Required

  • Training Format: 1-on-1 and small group (up to 6 teens max per trainer)

  • Performance Focus:

    • Agility

    • Speed

    • Strength

    • Mobility

    • Endurance

Progress = Performance. We work so that results show on the field, court, or pool.
