LevelUp at Powerhouse Gym is a structured youth performance program designed to help teens become stronger, more confident, and physically prepared for sports and life. Our goal is to build the foundation that many young athletes are missing today: strength, speed, coordination, discipline, and healthy habits.
This program is for both athletes and non-athletes. Whether your child wants to improve sports performance or simply get in better shape, LevelUp provides a safe, motivating, and professional environment.

Every participant receives a personalized training routine based on their age, goals, sport, and current fitness level. Our certified coaches provide full supervision during every session, ensuring proper technique, safety, and real progress.
Each teen trains with a structured plan, guided and monitored at all times.

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Each session is 60 minutes, scheduled through our reservation system to maintain quality, structure, and supervision.
