Welcome to our Teen Fitness Camp, running since 1995! Our program caters both advanced and beginner teens, ensuring everyone finds their place. Participants will learn to use fitness equipment, work on cardio, nutrition and engage in plyometric and sports-specific training. We also offer exciting classes like Zumba, Forma, Core Training, Spinning,TRX, Inertia Wave, Kickboxing, and more, to keep the energy high and the motivation strong!
