You can start camp any week of June or July, as long as spaces are available. Reserve by payment only

Welcome to our Teen Fitness Camp, running since 1995! Our program caters both advanced and beginner teens, ensuring everyone finds their place. Participants will learn to use fitness equipment, work on cardio, nutrition and engage in plyometric and sports-specific training. We also offer exciting classes like Zumba, Forma, Core Training, Spinning, Kickboxing to keep the energy high and the motivation strong!

Join us for an exclusive experience with limited spaces available. We maintain a small group to ensure that each teen receives dedicated attention they deserve. You may
